Stir, moving seeds around to avoid burning the seeds. As they begin to crack or pop reduce heat, add olive oil and onions and continue to saute while stirring. Cook onions for a few minutes until tender and golden. Add garlic and continue to stir and cook a few more minutes until garlic is tender. Add tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse and pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Add scallops to sauce and increase heat to medium, &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooking" title="Cooking" rel="wikipedia"&gt;cooking&lt;/a&gt; scallops for about 5 minutes in the sauce. In another large pan bring water to a boil and cook &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasta" title="Pasta" rel="wikipedia"&gt;pasta&lt;/a&gt; according to package instructions until pasta is &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_dente" title="Al dente" rel="wikipedia"&gt;al dente&lt;/a&gt;. Drain and add pasta to sauce. Cook an additional minute and stir pasta to coat with sauce. Add peanut butter chips until melted.  Remove from heat and fold in cereal.  Spread evenly with peanuts. Spread cream mixture gently onto slice of corn beef. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate.  Layer remaining ingredients in order shown.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Crumble and set aside.  Cut potatoes in half length ways.  Scoop out about half of potato centers.  Line potatoes on a jellyroll pan and sprinkle crumpled bacon, onion, and cheese in scooped out center. Melt butter and drizzle over potatoes.  Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.  Serve hot. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocalate  chips. Pat onto a 14" &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizza" title="Pizza" rel="wikipedia"&gt;pizza&lt;/a&gt; pan. bake at 350 for 23 minutes. Cool completely.  Add 1/4-1/2 tsp. red &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_coloring" title="Food coloring" rel="wikipedia"&gt;food coloring&lt;/a&gt; to vanilla frosting to make pizza sauce.  Frost cookie. Use a sharp knife to cut gumdrops into pizza topping shapes; &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_pepper" title="Bell pepper" rel="wikipedia"&gt;green  peppers&lt;/a&gt;, pepperoni, black olives, onions and diced tomatoes. Melt white chips  and drizzle over pizza for &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozzarella" title="Mozzarella" rel="wikipedia"&gt;mozzarella cheese&lt;/a&gt;. Add flour and stir until &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dough" title="Dough" rel="wikipedia"&gt;dough&lt;/a&gt; like.  Gradually stir in milk.  Continue to stir until well blended and thickened.  Add chicken broth, baby food, &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicken_soup" title="Chicken soup" rel="wikipedia"&gt;chicken soup&lt;/a&gt; base and seasonings.  Heat until boiling.  Turn heat down and add cheese.  Stir until melted and well blended.  Pour in beer and simmer 15 minutes. Sprinkle water over apples: set aside.  In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour and salt.  Blend until crumbly.  Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Serve warm.
